Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust wishes to appoint a friendly Nuclear Medicine receptionist within our Nuclear Medicine department. The successful applicant will be part of a friendly, supportive, and experienced team.
This is a part time post of 4 days, 30 hours a week between 7.30am -5pm. The tasks will be varied on a day-to-day basis; there will be a focus on meeting and greeting patients and their relatives. You will be attending patients using the CRIS system. NHS/Hospital experience, understanding of CRIS and other hospital systems is desirable, not essential as training will be provided.

To assist with the co-ordination and reception duties associated within Nuclear Medicine. This will include maintaining full and accurate patient demographic records both manual and electronic, booking of scans, injections, follow up scans and pre-assessment appointments, updating RTT pathways and occasionally take minutes of meetings.
Process patient DNAs and cancellations in accordance with relevant pathway guidelines. To contribute ideas and suggestions and express any issue of concern to the appropriate manager.
