An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Urology department to join our Andrology team as a Patient Pathway Assistant

The post holder will actively manage the administrative processes attached to patient treatment pathways, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for both the multidisciplinary team and patients. They will deliver a high-quality administration service, a positive patient experience, and excellent customer service.

Both written and verbal excellent communication skills are expected along with experience of maintaining databases and confidence in using Excel. The role requires someone who is proactive, willing to take ownership and accountability, and able to manage a high-volume workload.

It is a full-time post working alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team and admin team. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who demonstrates skills with a focus on maintaining and achieving high quality patient care.

Good organisational and communication skills, flexibility, accuracy, and the ability to work autonomously, with attention to detail, within a busy environment are key attributes.

The post holder will be a team player who must promote and demonstrate our Trust Values, behaviours and standards.
