As we ramp up construction, we’re looking for an organised and proactive PA & Admin Assistant to support the fast-paced Communications Team on-site. About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly. You’ll manage diaries, organise meetings, coordinate travel, and support the team with document management, office logistics, and day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional and reliable administrative support to the Communications Team.

Manage diaries, schedules, and itineraries, ensuring smooth coordination of meetings and appointments.

Maintain contact lists and oversee document organisation and filing.

Arrange meetings, travel, accommodation, and logistics as required.

Record minutes and actions from meetings.

Assist with data management, reporting, and presentations using Microsoft Office.

Handle general office services, including ordering stationery and liaising with reception.

Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information.

Previous experience in an administrative or PA role.

Confidence to manage senior stakeholders and handle diary scheduling assertively.
Desirable:
