Job title: Human Factors Engineer

Salary Range: Negotiable (DOE)

Fully On-Site Working
Hours of work: Up to 40 Hours Per Week

Role & Responsibilities:
* Investigate and analyse human behaviour and performance relating to the use of nuclear systems and technologies
* Contribute to the delivery of safety case projects
* Work as part of a nuclear safety team

Qualifications/Experience Required:
* At least one years' experience in the application of Human Reliability Analysis.
* Relevant academic qualification in an appropriate field (e.g. ergonomics, psychology, human factors or STEM).
* Flexible, adaptable, innovative and proactive approach to working and finding solutions;
* Ability to work autonomously and closely with others to solve problems;
* Willingness to learn and ability to diversify across multiple projects and disciplines;
* Experience in working in teams and ability to communicate with new groups of people at a variety of professional levels;
* Candidates must be able to satisfy basic eligibility criteria (nationality rules / right to work) and provide appropriate documentation to verify identification, nationality, employment and/or academic history, criminal record (unspent convictions only) as part of the recruitment process.

UK National Security Vetting Status - Applicants must be able to obtain UKSV SC Clearance.
