We have a fantastic opportunity for a CDM Advisor to join our Nuclear & Infrastructure Division. This is a 12-18 month, fixed-term contract and will be based at the Tees Works site in Teesside.
Our Nuclear & Infrastructure division has extensive experience in the specialist, highly regulated nuclear, transport (road and rail), process industries and power and energy sectors. Providing award winning design teams, utilising state-of-the-art design software and Tekla detailing facilities to offer customers value engineering. This gives a mix of proven success along with modern, innovative design and fabrication ideas to be able to provide a quality, specialised service to a growing market. They continue to set the bar high in their highly regulated market!
Vacancy Details
In the CDM Advisor position you will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered safely and compliant with regulations and duties as defined under CDM 2015 regulations. You will be involved in Pre-Construction Planning, ensuring compliance before the site becomes fully operational and will be responsible for conducting safety audits, inspections and risk assessments.
You will need previous experience providing CDM support for major construction/development projects, and experience creating CDM documentation such as Pre-Construction Information & Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans.
You must have experience in providing guidance and advice in line with current health and safety legislation and associated guidance to all levels of personnel
You need a minimum of a NEBOSH General Certificate; and a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and CDM 2015 Certificate would be preferred.
