Requirements
- Higher education computer-related qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Solid experience working within an IT team, including project delivery.
- Strong understanding of networking tools, antivirus, and security applications.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Preferably trained in ITIL or experienced in ITIL-compliant environments.
