Job Title: HR Advisor

Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing operational advice on a range of people issues including case management & employee relations issues
- Influencing and coaching others in line with business priorities
- Assisting with monitoring key metrics and using HR information systems to input and compile data
- Operating in a manufacturing, unionised, project-based organisation
- Working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, providing timely accurate and quality support
- Ensuring comprehensive understanding and communication of People processes and procedures within the business
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Comprehensive experience in an HR Advisor role or equivalent
- A good level of knowledge across all HR disciplines
- Can demonstrate ability to interpret relevant data and metrics and business information to enable effective business decision making
- A good level of employee relations knowledge and experience of managing employee relations cases
Desirable:
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and how to apply these in practice
- Has experience working within a complex business environment
- Experience working in partnership with Trade Unions and employee representatives
- CIPD qualified or working towards
