The role
As a Fleet Administrator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Join a dynamic team and take on a vital administrative role for the Phoenix contract.
Day-to-day, you’ll assist as required in the general management of the Phoenix Recharge function and ensure that processes are maintained in line with Babcock’s corporate governance policies, processes and procedures including those relating to health and safety, quality and the environment. You'll also:
- Provide contractually compliant and accurate customer recharge information that is presented within an acceptable time frame
- Maintain all recharge file information in line with the Phoenix contract
- As needed provide statistical data and relevant reports to internal stakeholders and customers
- Assist the Fleet and Recharge Manager with the Phoenix, Disputes Resolution Process.
- Using Babcock’s Clarity Manager System to review and accept all contractually compliant supplier recharges and upload into Clarity for the customer to approve
This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with days in the office/onsite and days working from home.
Essential experience of the Fleet Administrator:
- Computer literate - Microsoft, Word and Excel to Intermediate level
- Able to organise self to maximise individual and team based performance
- Demonstrates good decision making processes.
- Displays dexterity in actively following through processes, procedures and business requirements
Qualifications for the Fleet Administrator:
- Minimum requirement of 3 GCSE, including English and Maths

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintainSecurity Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
