Job Title: Learning Delivery Manager

What you’ll be doing:
- Lead a team of L&D professionals who business partner with the business functions to deliver annual training plans to time, cost, and quality
- Works with internal and external partners to ensure operational excellence in delivering learning to a diverse and high-volume learner portfolio
- Owns the Integrated Business Plan (IBP) for learning in Submarines
- Strategically aligns and delivers skills improvement at organisation level
- Manages the training budget on behalf of the business ensuring effective return on expectation and benefits realisation
Your skills and experiences:
- Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale projects and delivering complex programmes efficiently
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities, with a talent for building effective relationships across internal teams and external partners to drive results
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward shared goals
- Background in Learning & Development or significant experience in a related business-focused field such as HR, Project Management, or Functional Capability
- CIPD qualification is desirable

The Submarines Academy team:
As a key part of the Future Workforce team, you will be working in our Submarines Academy as a Learning Delivery Manager, where you will enjoy a diverse day-to-day as you take ownership of delivering learning and skills strategies across our growing organisation.Your collaborative work will extend externally, as you build mutually beneficial relationships with industry partners and academic organisations. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
